He has had several very successful years of hard core sales, marketing and branch management experience before he left the job to pursue his svadharma “training”. Meera is an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. She started her professional career with Lintas Advertising in 1988 and then joined CMC in 1990 in the business development function. In 1994 she set up ISS to provide business intelligence to international organizations interested in investing in India’s power and telecom sector. ISS serviced clients like Stet of Italy, Swiss Telecom, Shinawatra of Thailand, Telstra of Australia, Statkraft SF of Norway, Eastern Generation of UK and Westinghouse of USA.

The search for something truly meaningful which could meet the deep inner hunger for personal growth led to the setting up of a corporate training firm in 1998 along with business and life partner Yadhav. The organization is now called C-Cube Training & Development.
